For the best possible result, we recommend that your image dpi is more than 96.
Once we receive your order, we check to make sure that the quality of the image is suitable for the size of the print you have ordered. Should there be an issue, we will contact you to explore our options, e.g. opt for a smaller print, or choose a different photo.

The quality of your photo can be impacted by:

- Forwarding it via social media (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram,…)

- By editing it in photo editors

So preferably use the original photo from your smartphone or your digital camera to avoid a loss of quality.

You can pay via Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, because we start producing your artwork as soon as the order has been placed, the payment is processed immediately.

By default, our prints are delivered with a standard wall mount. If you prefer to receive your print without a wall mount, simply:

1. place your order as usual;

2. contact us via email at hi@dreamersandcreators.eu with the order number you received in the email confirmation, and let us know that you don’t want the wall mount. We’ll confirm your request within 24 hours.


Provided the file quality is suitable, we start producing your creation as soon as the order has been placed. Therefore, as of this point, it’s no longer possible to make any changes to the order itself. The only exception to this is the delivery address, which you can change provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet. We ship all items in made-to-measure, secure art packaging , using our trusted shipping partners.


To keep your dreamers & creators prints looking as good as new, dust the surface regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth, e.g. a microfibre cloth. Avoid putting pressure on the surface when cleaning.

WARNING : do not use cleaning products designed for glass or metal under any circumstances.

The vast majority of our prints are delivered with a standard wall mount, so they’re ready to hang. For our smaller prints, hanging them on a nail may be sufficient. But for larger items, we recommend using a rawl plug and picture hook.
