Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?

If you have any questions about your order, contact us via our contact form or send an email to hi@dreamersandcreators.eu . Remember that you can also find all the important details about your order in your account under ‘My orders’.

CREATION AND ORDERING

Which file formats can I upload?

You can upload the following file formats: jpeg , pdf ,png

How can I be sure the image quality is good enough for my chosen print?

For the best possible result, we recommend that your image files should be at least 4-5MB.

Once we receive your order, we check to make sure that the quality of the image is suitable for the size of the print you have ordered. Should there be an issue, we will contact you to explore our options, e.g. opt for a smaller print, or choose a different photo. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Please note that, because we start producing your artwork as soon as the order has been placed, the payment is processed immediately. 

Can I order my prints without a wall mount?

By default, our prints are delivered with a standard wall mount. If you prefer to receive your print without a wall mount, simply:

  1. place your order as usual;
  2. contact us via email at hi@dreamersandcreators.eu with the order number you received in the email confirmation, and let us know that you don’t want the wall mount. 

We’ll confirm your request within 24 hours.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Provided the file quality is suitable, we start producing your creation as soon as the order has been placed. Therefore, as of this point, it’s no longer possible to make any changes to the order itself. 

The only exception to this is the delivery address, which you can change provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet. To request a change of address, please contact the dreamers & creators customer service via email at hi@dreamersandcreators.eu .

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the size and number of items to be shipped. You can find full details of our delivery costs here

How will my item(s) be delivered?

We ship all items in made-to-measure, secure art packaging , using our trusted shipping partners.

ENJOYING AND CARING FOR YOUR PRINTS 

How should I look after my print?

To keep your dreamers & creators prints looking as good as new, dust the surface regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth, e.g. a microfibre cloth. Avoid putting pressure on the surface when cleaning.

WARNING: do not use cleaning products designed for glass or metal under any circumstances.

How do I hang my print?

The vast majority of our prints are delivered with a standard wall mount, so they’re ready to hang. For our smaller prints, hanging them on a nail may be sufficient. But for larger items, we recommend using a rawl plug and picture hook.

With each print, we provide the appropriate rawl plug and hook.

Do you offer a discount for business customers?

We can offer a wide range of printed items for business customers and prices depend on the volume of items ordered. Please visit our Business customers  page for more details. 

Can you deliver orders without labeling?

Yes, we can accommodate requests for white-label orders. To discuss this, please contact us via email at hi@dreamersandcreators.eu .
